Tour of Britain Cycle Route 13 September

The provisional route through Surrey Heath for the stage starting in Camberley on 13 September and ending in Brighton has been published here and is as follows:

Starting in Park Street heading South and turning left into Park Road.

Up Church Hill, past St Paul’s Church and down Crawley Hill

Across Ravenswood Roundabout and up Prior Road

Left along Upper Chobham Road then right down Cumberland Road

Right at the Maultway and along Deepcut Road

Across Deepcut Bridge (with alternate route possible because of the restricted width)

Left at Gapemouth Road and along the Pirbright Bends towards Guildford.

 

 

 

Road Salting Priorities and Routes

Surrey County Council monitors closely the weather forecasts and decides whether to salt the roads.  Here we describe the logic of the general prioritisation of routes in Surrey and specify which routes are the priority routes in Old Dean, St Paul’s and Camberley Town wards, which together make up the Camberley East Division of Surrey County Council.
